The two maps illustrate the proposed alterations to an office building, comparing its current layout to a future design. The most significant changes involve the restructuring of internal spaces and the addition of several new amenities.

Currently, the building features four smaller office spaces occupying the ground floor, flanked by grass areas on either side. A central section houses a kitchen, canteen, and storerooms, with restrooms located in the centre-right. The main entrance is situated at the bottom right. In contrast, the future design will see the removal of the kitchen, canteen, and grass areas. The four office spaces will be replaced by two larger ones, complemented by a new meeting area and a coffee machine/restroom facility on the right side. A new outdoor seating area will be incorporated on the top left, and the entrances will be relocated to the centre and bottom left. Three rows of chairs are added to the bottom left, suggesting a waiting or informal workspace.

Specifically, the transformation involves a consolidation of office space, leading to fewer but larger work areas. The addition of a dedicated meeting room and outdoor seating area reflects a focus on employee comfort and collaborative working. The relocation of entrances and the integration of a coffee machine further enhance the building’s functionality and convenience. The two maps depict the existing layout of an office building and a proposed redesign plan. Overall, the reconstruction aims to modernize the space by introducing new seating areas and optimizing the use of the central layout.

Currently, the building has a central workplace surrounded by a mix of facilities. Office rooms occupy the southern section near the main entrance, while the northern area is divided into a kitchen, canteen, and storeroom, with the toilet located directly beneath the storeroom. Grass runs along both the left and right sides of the building, with a secondary entrance providing access to the grass area on the right.

Under the proposed redesign, the grass areas will be repurposed. The left side will feature an outdoor seating area, while the right side will host a meeting area, both equipped with chairs to accommodate employees. A coffee machine will be added, providing refreshments to enhance productivity. Additionally, the central layout will be reorganized, with the kitchen and canteen replaced by larger office rooms to expand the workspace and better meet the needs of the workforce.
