Lập dàn ý

Với đề bài này, chúng ta có thể lên dàn ý cho bài viết như sau: 

• Overview: Bản đồ quy hoạch thị trấn trong tương lai chủ yếu sẽ bao gồm: 
  • Khu dân cư (housing), công nghiệp (industrial), giải trí (recreational). 
  • Các khu vực này được liên kết với nhau bởi hệ thống đường bộ (roads and ring roads) và được hỗ trợ bởi các tiện ích thiết yếu (essential amenities).
• Body 1 - Khu vực trung tâm
  • Bản đồ được chia thành 4 phần, với giao lộ ở trung tâm và đường vành đai phân cách khu vực trung tâm và vùng ngoại ô
  • Khu trung tâm bao gồm:
    • 6 khu vực nhà ở 
    • Khu vực đỗ xe và bến xe buýt
    • 4 khu vực giải trí

The proposed town will be systematically organized into four primary quadrants, converging at a central intersection, with ring roads distinguishing the central area from the outskirts. In terms of the downtown area, there will be six housing units, ensuring ample residential capacity. In addition to residential facilities, the map will feature essential amenities that support community needs. Centrally positioned parking areas will be located to the north and south of the ring road, conveniently adjacent to two bus stands, promoting efficient public transport access. Furthermore, four designated recreational areas will be interspersed across various sections of the town, fostering leisure activities and enhancing the overall quality of life for residents.

As for the outskirts, the town will feature two industrial zones located centrally in the northwest and southeast quadrants, with clear road connectivity. The northeast and southwest will contain four residential areas each, with a recreational zone situated on the southern side of the town. This design ensures a balanced distribution of residential, industrial, and recreational spaces.

    Đặt tên cho các vị trí xung quanh trung tâm thị trấn được phân chia bởi các đường - Để không mất quá nhiều thời gian tìm cách để đề cập tới từng khu. 
    BD1: Các khu vực giải trí + Công nghiệp + Dân cư xung quanh thị trấn (Vị trí so với khu vực được đặt tên)
    BD2: Mô tả Town centre. + Các khu vực giải trí xung quanh
    Bài chữa lần này sẽ tập trung vào cách số 2. Mình khuyến khích người đọc thử tự lập dàn ý dựa vào cách đầu tiên.
• Dàn ý 
  • Overview: A ring-shaped road runs through the town, town centre in the middle. 
    Town centre - the intersecting point of various paths of different directions from outside the town. 
    Those paths divide the ring into five different segments - Terms for convenience. 
    - The north and northeast: Zone 1
    - The south and south east: Zone 2
    - East: Zone 3
    - Southwest: Zone 4
    - Northwest: Zone 5
  • Body 1: The different zones: 
    - Zone 2 and 5: diagonally facing each other, both of whom located next to major industrial sites, the former facing them in the Southeast, the latter in the northwest. 
    - Zone 1: in its north, there are three different spaces for entertainment- largest compared to similar sites in other zones. Also a smaller one in the north east. 
    - Zone 4 and zone 3: only zones are connected purely to additional spaces for housing. 
  • Body 2:  The Town centre: 
    - Parking spaces: located in the northeast, southeast and southwest. 
    - Bus stations: on the east and west side, former connected to the route leading straight to the northeast, the latter to the one running westward. 
    - Surrounded by recreational facilities in the east, the west and the south. Various shops are located inside of it.

The map is the proposal on how a new town will be structured in the future.

Overall, it is immediately noticeable that there will be a ring-shaped road running through the town, the middle of which is the town centre. This town centre will also be where five major paths leading from outside the town in different directions converge. These paths will divide the town into five major residential segments, and, for the sake of convenience, the segment spanning the north and north East will be called zone 1, whereas the one extending the south and southeast will be referred to as zone 2. Lastly, the respective terms for those located in the east, the southwest, the northwest will be zone 3, 4, and 5.

Regarding residential segments, one of the most notable details is that only two zones, the second and the fifth ones, will be located right next to major industrial sites, with the former facing them in the Southeast, and the latter in the northwest. Meanwhile, the first zone will be placed right under three different spaces for entertainment, whose size will be significantly more substantial than the smaller recreational sites sprinkled in all other zones. Differently from these zones, however, the fourth and third ones will not be connected to any significant spaces for either recreation or industry outside of the ring road.

Turning to the town centre, it will be surrounded by recreational facilities in all directions with the exception of the north, and populated by various shops or other unspecified amenities for the surrounding residents. It will be able to be accessed by taking a bus to two different stations located in both the east and the west, or the previously mentioned five roads leading from outside the town. Additionally, there are also three parking lots, which will be constructed in all corners, except the one in the northwest.
