The plans show the room layouts for training session for up ten people and more than ten people.
The plans illustrate two ways in which a room can be arranged to accommodate up to ten people and more than ten people in a training session. To be specific, plan A gives information on the former, while plan B shows the latter.
There are virtually no differences in the types of furniture being provided in both layouts. The only major differences that can be seen from the plans are their placement, and, more obviously, the number of chairs each arrangement allows. Additionally, plan B seems to encourage closer interaction between the presenter and the participants, given how close the podium is to the tables.
Comparing the northern sections of both plans, it is easy to see that the podium in plan A is located on the top left corner. Meanwhile, plan B places its podium in the middle of its upper half, while the space occupied by its counterpart in plan A is dedicated for an L - shaped tea-serving counter. In addition, plan A positions the white board relatively close to the wall, whereas plan B moves it right above where the podium is.
Turning to the south, one of the things that stands out immediately is the relatively similar U - formations in which the three long tables are arranged in each plan. However, compared to plan B, the tables in plan A are situated slightly closer to the northern wall, leaving a space in the south for a counter dedicated for serving tea in the morning. While attendees in plan A can only sit on one side of the tables, plan B provides seating for either side, thus allowing each table to hold up to six people.
