The maps illustrate the transformation of the ground floor of a building through three time periods.
It is clear that the core structure, including the entrance, central hall, and kitchen, has remained relatively consistent. On the other hand, the layout and purpose of the rooms have shifted dramatically to accommodate the varying functions of the space, transforming from an office setting to a residential apartment, and ultimately to a flower shop.
From 1958 to 1984, the ground floor operated as an office. The left portion of the layout consisted of a toilet, secretary's office, assistant's office, and a meeting room, arranged from the entrance to the far-left corner. On the right side, the floor accommodated a reception area, a manager's office, and a kitchen, situated in the rightmost corner.
During the period of 1985 to 2000, the ground floor was redesigned into an apartment, with the left section now featuring a bathroom and shower in the near-left corner, followed by a living room towards the opposite end. The right side contained two adjacent bedrooms, with the kitchen located in the extreme right corner.
Since 2001, the space has been repurposed as a flower shop. The left segment now incorporates a play area in the proximate left corner, a designated area for presenting flowers, and a room for gift cards. The right-hand side hosts another section for exhibiting floral arrangements, an office, and a slightly larger kitchen, which has retained its position in the most distant right corner.
